I had seen this man before, he seemed a sergeant (sorry if I am wrong about his rank, I never served my country as a soldier), and had his uniform inspected by some colleagues who found, and took away, a minute speck of dust. I saw him shortly afterwards heading the procession of a delegation about to lay w wreath at the monument. He must be the best marcher the country has, a joy to see. Sorry about the harsh light in the back.
